We do not make any warranties, explicit or implied, regarding the use of this site.  Please contact us if you have any questions or issues regarding use of this site or ordering our products or services.

Purchasing products on this site commits you to picking up the products at the farm or designated location in Bloomington Indiana at a time designated by us and communicated to you via the e-mail address or the phone number you provide.  We do not have storage space for products that you fail to pick-up during designated pick-ups times.   We will make a reasonable attempt to allow you to retrieve your product in a timely fashion should you fail to pick it up during the designated time.  However, we reserve the right to dispose of such products in any manner we deem appropriate.
